4. Appointments, Bookings, Deposits and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked directly through Pin Up Beauty or through third-party platforms such as Treatwell.

When using Treatwell, bookings may also be subject to Treatwell’s own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse appointments
  • Reschedule appointments where necessary
  • Cancel bookings due to emergencies, illness, safety concerns, or operational reasons

Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments.

Deposits and Full Payments

Under certain circumstances, deposits or full payments may be required.

All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.

Deposits and full payments are transferable if changes are made within the policy times specified below.

Full payment will be required in cases of not showing up to an appointment or cancelling within the cancellation policy timeframes.

Cancellation Policy

For treatment sessions longer than two hours: A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required.

For all other treatments: A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required.

Full payment will be required in cases of not showing up to an appointment or cancelling within the applicable 24/48 hour cancellation policy.

5. Payments

Payments for products and services may be processed through:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • WooCommerce Payments
  • Treatwell payment systems
  • Other approved payment providers

By making a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

6. Gift Cards

General

Gift cards purchased through Pin Up Beauty are subject to these terms.

Gift cards may be delivered digitally or physically depending on the product selected.

Balance Checks

Gift card balances may be checked using our online balance checker.

For security purposes:

  • automated abuse detection may be used
  • Cloudflare Turnstile and security systems may monitor requests
  • suspicious activity may result in temporary blocking or invalidation of requests

Expiry

Gift cards may expire after a specified period where permitted by law.

Expiry details will normally be displayed at the time of purchase or within gift card communications.

Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable

Unless required by law:

  • gift cards are non-refundable
  • gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • lost, stolen, or compromised gift cards may not be replaced

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend gift cards
  • cancel transactions
  • refuse redemption
  • investigate suspicious activity

where fraud, abuse, tampering, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

If products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges may be provided in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers:

  • may be limited in time
  • may be withdrawn at any time
  • may not be combined unless stated otherwise
  • may be refused where misuse is detected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin Up Beauty shall not be liable for:

Attempting to bypass security systems may result in permanent blocking.
