1. Deposits and Full Payments:

• Under certain circumstances, deposits or full payments may be required.
• All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
• Deposits and full payments are transferable if changes are made within the policy times specified below.
• Full payment will be required in cases of not showing up to an appointment or cancelling within the 24/48 hour policy.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• For treatment sessions longer than two hours: A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required.
• For all other treatments: A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required.
• Full payment will be required in cases of not showing up to an appointment or cancelling within the 24/48 hour policy.
